In a review in Time magazine, confirmation was made that Disney will release Hayao Miyazaki’s Ponyo on the Cliff by the Sea. The English version will be available sometime in 2009, with no word yet on whether the film will be released in theaters.
Both Howl’s Moving Castle and Spirted Away (both by Miyazaki) made theatrical debuts in the U.S.
