According to Shonen GanGan magazine, Saki: Achiga-hen – Episode of Side-A Specials was extended to four episodes. Director Ono Manabu said the length of each episode on AT-X channel (27 min) is longer than the normal TV format (20 min), so the total length will be equivalent to more than five episodes. Episode 14 will be aired on January 29th.
