According to Weekly Shonen Jump, a new anime movie of Dragon Ball was announced.

Animation Director: Yamamuro Tadayoshi (“Hakaba Kitarou”)
It’ll be a new Dragon Ball Z movie and the author, Toriyama Akira, is deeply involved in the story making. The movie will premiere on March 30, 2013.
