The Chinese Copyrights Protection Center will play the major role in the negotiations with the Japanese producers and in the management of the licenses. The Chinese government intends to eliminate the widespread piracy by obtaining the licenses on its own. If the system runs successfully, China will establish similar systems with the US and South Korea.
