According to their official press release, FUNimation has licensed the TV anime Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai.
FUNimation plans to release the 12 episode series as “Haganai” on DVD and Blu-ray. FUNimation and Niconico announced last October that Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai was one of the titles they jointly licensed.
