According to Comptiq magazine, manga “Ebiten” was announced to get an anime adaptation.

Kira Inugami, the artists of the manga, is also the illustrator of Seitokai no Ichizon.
Synopsis:
Noya Itsuki tries to join the astronomy club (天文部 tenmonbu) of Ebisugawa High, but accidentally joins the otaku girls’ club (天悶部 tenmonbu) instead.
