According to the official website, Morikawa, Toshiyuki quit Arts Vision and has launched a new seiyu agency Axl One. Fukuyama Jun also quit Production Baobab and joined Morikawa’s new agency. They have founded a seiyu school Axl Zero and will train young seiyu on their own. Morikawa had trained Seki Tomokazu, Konishi Katsuyuki and Hirakawa Daisuke when he was teaching at Katsuta Seiyu Academy.
