According to Nishimata Aoi’s official blog, an OVA of Oretachi ni Tsubasa wa Nai was announced. It will be bundled with the non-adult version of OreTsuba PC game to be released on May 27th. The OVA will have more fan services than the TV series (what they call, “nakedness plus 90%”).
