According to TBS online shop, the limited editions of K-ON!! Blu-ray will include extra short anime “Uraon!!”. Judging from the price and the duration of the Blu-ray (72min x 9 volumes), the number of the episodes of the second season (+ possible OVA) will be 27. The first volume will be released on July 30th.
