According to Newtype Anime Channel, the director of “Hanasakeru Seishounen” was changed from Kon Chiaki to Kamegaki Hajime (“Naruto Shippuuden: Gekijouban Naruto Shippuuden”, “Lupin III vs Detective Conan”) from episode 21. The reason of the change is unknown.
