According to the official blog, FUNimation acquired “Phantom ~Requiem for the Phantom~” and will stream the first four episode with English subtitles on http://www.funimation.com/video from April 23rd at 10:30 a.m. CDT. New episodes will be uploaded each week following the airing in Japan.
