According to Monthly G Fantasy, Hotta Kiichi’s school comedy manga Kimi to Boku. was announced to be getting a TV anime adaptation.

Update on August 10th
According to the toy retailer Takarajima, there will be two seasons of Kimi to Boku TV series. The first series will be aired from this October till December and the second season will be aired next year from April till June. The total length of the series is 26-episode long.
