According to Record China, Liuzhou Lan Hai technologies Ltd. admitted that they have plagiarized part of Shinkai Makoto’s anime movie “5 Centimeters per Second” for their new anime “心霊之窓 (Window of the heart)”. The spokesperson claimed they failed to find out their subcontractor’s misappropriation.
