According to MyCom Journal, Madhouse Studios announced that they resumed the production of Kon Satoshi’s moive Yume Miru Kikai. The character designer Itazu Yoshimi succeeded to the director’s position. Madhouse said the production of the movie had almost halted after the death of Kon, but the many warm supports from fans made them reorganize the team and resume the production.
