The story about Kogane High turned out to be false. Asahi Weekly put the release of K-ON! uniform and the introduction of new school uniform to Kogane High in the same paragraph, but the two stories are unrelated to each other. I retract the news and apologize for posting an incorrect topic.
The subheading reads “It Originated From Anime. Students and Teachers’ Idea -Students’ Will Takes Priority. It’s Economical and Good For Descipline.-” but the phrase”Originated From Anime” is unrelated to the rest of the lines. I should have been cautious in handling such a low resolution scan.
