Tokushima Shinbun reported that the PR posters of Awa Odori Festival featuring Kara no Kyoukai were stolen and two of them were put up for online auction. The bureau chief of Tokushima City Sightseeing Association is pleased that the poster is attracting considerable attention but also perplexed with the successive thefts. The posters were sold for 83,000 – 93,000 yen (~$1,000) at the auction.
Kodansha announced that all the PR posters of Mahou Sensei Negima! Mouhitotsu no Sekai put at Akihabara station were stolen.
