This September VIZ Media will release Taiyo Matsumoto’s Tekkon Kinkreet, released in the US by VIZ under the name Black & White as a 614-page edition entitled Tekkonkinkreet: Black and White All-in-One. It will contain the three original volumes in an oversized western-style format and include color pages as well as a fold-out poster and a double-sided dust jacket.
The release will coincide with a feature-length anime DVD release from Sony Pictures, directed by Michael Arias, known for making visual effects to the Animatrix series. The Tekkonkinkreet omnibus has been priced at $29.95.
