On Wednesdy, software developer Ryukishi07 (7th Expansion) revealed details for the next series in the Higurashi no Naku Koro ni franchise’s first OVA.
DVD’s will begin shipping on December 26th 2008 (Blu-ray 1 month later) in Japan.
The first of the five volumes will be the “Hajisarashi” story arc, the next 3 volumes (released from February til June 2009), and that’s the “Saikoroshi” story arc, and the final arc (released on August 2009) will be the “Hirukowashi” story arc.
