In the July issue of Monthly ASUKA, Yukiru Sugisaki, the mangaka who wrote and illustrated D.N.Angel, announced a new manga series titled “1001 (Knights)”, that will begin its serialization in the August issue of Monthly ASUKA to be released on June 23, 2012.

The story begins with two twin brothers, who arrive in Dubai in search of their missing father. “One Thousand and One Nights” (also known as “Arabian Nights”) was mentioned in the announcement, hinting towards the atmosphere of the manga.
