According to J-Cast, a picture posted in the official web diary of Hirano Aya caused a turmoil among her fans. It was taken at a meal with Sasaki Nozomi and there was a ring on her left ring finger.

Number of fans jumped to the conclusion that she got engaged and went into an uproar in 2channel threads. Some fans attributed her recent sickness to the anxiety resulted from her “marriage” and one of the fans threatened to kill her.
Spacecraft Entertainment, the management office of Hirano, replied to J-Cast’s inquiry that she hasn’t been engaged and she was fully recovered from the illness. Hirano Aya posted another picture with Sasaki Nozomi and there was no ring on her finger.
