According to TBS, Imamura Norio, the seiyu of Ivankov Emporio in One Piece, was arrested for the exhibition of indecent pictures. Imamura had allegedly exhibited a picture of his lower body (with the genital organ exposed) in his blog for two months. He deposed that he wanted to make a show of his whole-body tattoo, which took him ten years for completion. Imamura is running a bar for tattoo lovers in Shinjuku, Tokyo.
Imamura has been on friendly terms with the author Oda Eiichiro and Tanaka Mayumi, and he is the model of Ivankov character.
